Twende Digital provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, and software consulting.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of any project.
All payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.
Intellectual Property
Twende Digital retains all intellectual property rights to any software or code developed during the course of our services.
Clients may use the software or code for their intended purpose but may not distribute, sell, or modify it without our consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during the course of our services.
This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business plans, and project details.
Limitation of Liability
Twende Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for those services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Twende Digital reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any changes and are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
